I measured myself but still had to exchange it for the next size up. Once I got the right size, it was perfect. Definitely size up if you are on the borderline!
Great waist trainer, very sturdy. It does an amazing job at tummy control. My only gripe is that it’s a bit stiff for the first few days. You have to break it in a bit before it becomes truly comfortable for all-day wear.
